Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and business days for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (delays at courier partners, natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You may also track your shipment progress on this page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Little Mochi Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@littlemochico.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
