Do you really test pet products on humans? How does that work?

Yes! We taste pet treats (they're surprisingly good!), and even teeth wipes (to ensure these are tasteless and safe), test wipes on our own eyes (to prevent stinging) and examine every ingredient for safety. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we won't sell it to your pet. This hands-on approach ensures every product meets our strict quality standards.

Why are imported pet products more expensive than local ones?

Premium imported products involve significant costs: international shipping fees, customs duties, extended delivery times, and currency fluctuations. However, we absorb much of these import complexities and only select products that justify the investment through superior quality, safety standards, and innovative design that you simply can't find locally.

How long does delivery take for your products?

Most products are ready for immediate dispatch within Singapore as we maintain local inventory. Delivery can take 1-3 days and there will be tracking of your delivery orders. For International Shipping, please contact us for shipping rates and delivery timing.

Do you offer products for all types of pets?

Currently, we focus on dogs and cats as these are our areas of expertise. Our curated selection includes grooming essentials and accessories at this point of time. We're expanding to other products should any meet our stringent test. We also source for products based on customer demand, so reach out to us and let us know what you're looking for!

Can I return a product if my pet doesn't like it?

Absolutely! We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If your fur baby isn't happy with any unopened product, you can return it for a full refund. For opened items (like grooming essentials), we evaluate returns case-by-case because we understand every pet has unique preferences.

How do you ensure product safety and quality?

Every product goes through our 4-step screening process: material screening and certified safe from harmful chemicals, ingredient analysis, human testing by our team, and final approval based on import cost justification. We only work with reputable international brands that meet or exceed Singapore's pet product safety standards.

Do you provide product recommendations for specific pet needs?

Yes! As fellow pet parents, we love helping you find the perfect products.
